Fabrication Services
With a 170,000+ square foot facility, Gibraltar offers a number of services for steel fabrication. We have equipment for all types of custom and high volume steel fabrication services with 13 overhead cranes, high capacity saws, a Python X2 robotic plasma system, and more. We have the ability to move large steel fabrications in and out of our facility with ease due to the size and design of our bays.
Gibraltar’s traditional paint line has sand blasted, primed, and wet coated over 200 tons of steel product a day. Our newly installed powder coat system has the largest oven in the state of Texas at 55’ long.
